Infrared technology allows the user to connect to the luminaire without the risk of climbing to the ceiling. The SmartScan Programmer can control operational settings, read luminaire status, and initiate system tests. Furthermore, it configures wireless communications and the mesh network preferences for connected SmartScan luminaires.
