Surface-mounted LED luminaires
Popular across a wide range of sectors, the Thorlux Glodome is a surface-mounted circular luminaire with an opal polycarbonate cover.
Ideal for both ceiling and wall mounting, Glodome casts light 'upward' and across the mounting surface, ensuring calming, even illumination with no dark patches. The luminaire is available in two sizes, both rated to IP40 water and dust ingress protection as standard, which can be upgraded to IP54 with an optional sealing gasket.
Emergency versions are available, using Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery technology to provide three hours of maintained emergency operation. LiFePO₄ batteries offer advantages such as a longer lifespan, lower energy consumption, and a compact cell size. Glodome is also available with SmartScan wireless communication options.
Applications: stairways, circulation areas, toilets, and information points.
